Finally

   Almost time!

   Yesterday we both had our last day at work. My colleagues told me they'd miss me. I'm sure I'll miss them too, but at the same time I won't. Forme, this is a dream come true. And now we're going to find out if it won't turn into a nightmare.

   Today we received our visa in Amsterdam. You're supposed to make an appointment, but the first open slot for two persons was, wait for it, March 7. As our flight is booked for February 25, we could.t wait that long. So we just went to the VFS Global office. The ladies behind the counter actually recognised us from the previous visit week before, when we came in to apply.  In no time, we had our passports back, with in it the visa, valid for a year. So happy!

   The next couple of days we'll be travelling around the country, to say goodbye to all our parents. And then off we go! I can hardly wait.
